Scheduling and Billing via Grow Therapy

To make your care as seamless as possible, all scheduling, insurance claims, and payments for Bloom Therapy are managed through Grow Therapy.

What to Expect from Grow:

• Easy Portal Access: You will have a secure online portal to view appointments, update insurance, manage payment details, and access session documents.

• Clear Advance Billing: Grow handles all insurance submissions directly. You will always receive an email notification 36 hours before any copay, deductible, or fee is charged to your card on file.

• Flexible Payment Options: Grow accepts major credit/debit cards as well as HSA and FSA cards. Self-pay sessions are offered at $75 per session and are automatically billed 24–48 hours after your appointment.

If you ever have billing questions, Grow's dedicated support team is available directly through your portal chat widget, or I can help point you in the right direction!

In-Network Insurance & Coverage

To help make therapy as accessible as possible, I am in-network with several major insurance providers through my partnership with Grow Therapy. I am currently credentialed with:

• HealthPartners

• Humana

• Medica

• United Healthcare/Optum

If you see your provider listed, Grow Therapy will automatically verify your specific coverage and estimated copay prior to our first appointment. If your insurance isn't listed, out-of-network options or superbills may also be available.
